Customer must provide written and signed repair from licensed repair facility that is ASE certified; proof of such is required. This facility must be making exact same repair as quoted by us and use quality OEM parts. This offer is valid for 30 days from the date of the original quote to you. This certificate not valid if not signed by Service Manager.
