"My daughter wants to buy another Kia when she gets home from Iraq."

We purchased a dark green 2002 spectra for our daughter first. When the car had 72 miles on it, she was sitting behind a large SUV at a light. AnotherSUV came around a curve behind her going too fast and not watching. The car hit my daughter at 40 mph and pushed her into the SUV in front of her. They had to use the jaws of life to get her out.

The only injuries she had were bruises from the seat belt and air bag. Needless to say, we bought another Kia immediately, another 2002 Spectra, this time in black. The car has 96k miles on it.

My daughter was going home from Thanksgiving, back to her army base [she'll be deployed to Iraq soon] and the car just died. She called roadside assistance and was towed to Kia of Gastonia. She was able to provide the proper paperwork and they replaced her transmission that day.

One of the service people drove for 90 minutes to pick the transmission up for her. There were no charges and she was on her way the same day. I want Kia's CEO to know that we are overwhelmed by your company. The Kia kept her safe when she could have been killed and then you honor your warranty when the car has 96k miles on it.
